Alpine World Ski Championships

Team Hutton had a great time in Beaver Creek for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships.

Watching the World's best skiers provided inspiration as we all hit the slopes the next day.

Tagg directed all his energy and new found motivation towards spending the entire day on the slope finding as many different green and blue runs as possible...his favorites were the ones with jumps. Tagg definitely won the medal for most improved.

Daddy said, "I've dreamed of this day for a long time and I am so proud of my two little men." We all question who had more fun, Daddy or Ryder & Tagg. Next, we need to get Piper up on the slopes.
Daddy with Taggart and Ryder
Tagg and Ryder both covered 12,000 vertical feet, consumed multiple hot chocolates and scared Mommy and Daddy to death as they gained confident and sought out the trees and jumps. Mommy said, "Oh no! Now we are in trouble."
Absolutely wiped out
Ryder won the medal for most adventurous as he did his first black diamond run (with Daddy in tow). The moguls seemed to be up to his hips but he just flew through, over and around them. When he hit the bottom and turned around to see were Daddy was, he said, "Dad are you stuck." Daddy's response was not easily understood as he mumbled to himself the rest of the way down.
